Birth Support

$750-$1,850- Sliding Scale

• Free Consultation: Let’s find out if we would work well together. You should feel safe, comfortable, and at ease with your doula. This casual meeting is a time for us to get to know each other, to go over what you hope to gain from having a doula, and for me to answer any questions you may have.

• 2-3 prenatal visits: What does your ideal birth look like? What kind of environment do you envision for your labor and birth? What are some concerns or fears you may have about giving birth? Let’s go over various ways and comfort techniques backed by educational resources to help bring your ideal birth vision to life. Two prenatal visits is standard, though number of visits varies based on your needs.

• Text, call, and email support throughout your pregnancy 

• Labor and birth support: I will be “on call” from 38-42 weeks. I will be present for continuous, uninterrupted support throughout your labor, birth, and two hours postpartum.

• One postpartum visit: An informal, casual meeting within the first three weeks after birth to go over your birth experience, check in on how you are transitioning into the fourth trimester, and help with breast feeding (if applicable), and to provide any additional resources that may be needed.

Young Parent Package: $0

• If you're under 21 and interested in my doula services but are concerned about cost, I'm here to help! I offer a special young parent package designed to make my support accessible to you. Let’s schedule a free consultation to chat about your needs and how I can support you on this journey.

Postpartum Support

My goal is to provide families and new parents with all of the necessary tools and resources they need to feel confident, assured, and fully supported as they settle into the journey of parenthood.

$36/hour: daytime hours (4 hour minimum)

$46/hour: nighttime hours (8 hour minimum)

• Education, nonjudgmental support, and companionship

• Newborn care to allow you time for rest and self-care

• Extensive knowledge regarding breastfeeding and infant feeding

• Evidence based knowledge about postpartum recovery and newborn care

• Light housekeeping 

• Referral network available when needed

$34+/hour

• Experienced Care Provider: Over 8 years of paid childcare experience, including 3.5 years as a professional nanny specializing in infants and toddlers.

• Tailored Care: Personalized childcare services to meet the unique needs of each child and family, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment.

• Developmentally Appropriate Activities: Engaging and age-appropriate activities designed to promote learning and development for infants and toddlers.

• Flexible Scheduling: Available for one-time babysitting, regular care, or last-minute needs, accommodating your family's schedule.

• Safety First: Certified in CPR/AED/BLS, I am committed to providing a safe and secure environment for your children.

• Communicative and Trustworthy: Open communication with parents to ensure peace of mind and transparency regarding your child’s care.

$150- 4 hours

• Home and/or nursery preparation

• Bottle/pump parts: washing and sterilization

• Breast pump setup

• Baby necessity washing/folding/putting away

• Organization of baby’s space and items

• Registry assistance: What do you really need for a new baby?
